Orders placed on the Call of the Valley website are prepared within one to three business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed during weekends or public holidays. In periods of high demand or in exceptional circumstances, preparation times may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery times are two to five business days for France and three to seven business days for Europe. These delivery times are provided as an indication only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier or logistical conditions.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Delivery may be offered free of charge depending on current promotions or specific conditions indicated on the website.

When available, a tracking number is provided to the customer after the order has been shipped so the shipment can be followed during delivery.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided at the time of the order is accurate and complete. In the event of an error in the delivery address, the seller cannot be held responsible if the order cannot be delivered.
